A first step
For women who have never had access to formal work.
About us
Roti On Time turns a skill women already have — making rotis — into a structured income they earn from their own kitchens.

In many Indian households, women run the home, care for their families and manage countless responsibilities every day. Yet when asked whether they work, many still say “No.”
Many can't leave home for eight or nine hours a day, travel alone or work conventional hours. But they can give a few hours from their own kitchens — using skills built over years.
We believe women shouldn't have to leave home to find an opportunity. The opportunity can come to them.
“We are not teaching women how to cook. They already know how.”
We are creating a platform where the work they have done for years can finally become their income, their opportunity and their independence.
Money of her own changes what a woman can choose. It can mean:
Financial independence creates confidence, dignity and a sense of ownership.
Women shouldn't have to choose between family and a career. Roti On Time lets them work and earn while staying at home.
For women who have never had access to formal work.
For women who stopped working after marriage or because of family responsibilities.
For women who were never permitted to work outside the home.
Meaningful earning opportunities for women with limited access to employment.
Helping women earn their own money, build confidence and control their finances.
Technology manages orders, production, requirements and deliveries — a structured system around home kitchens.
Live in Pune
We started in Pune — dense neighbourhoods, families who eat roti every day, and no shortage of women who make a good one. We're adding neighbourhoods as more kitchens join.
Tier-2 cities, where roti matters even more at the dinner table and far fewer women have a way to earn from what they already do well.
Empowering women. Nourishing communities. Delivering excellence.
